You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.

Returns are only accepted for:

• Damaged or defective items

• Wrong product sent

• Items not matching the description

Products damaged due to misuse

Items without original packaging or accessories

Software or digital products (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.

If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong product), we will bear the shipping cost.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
